The image must have a story, a feeling and a connection to Paul. Whilst this is true for all of Paul’s images, it is more the case with his premium images.  For Paul it is about more than just shooting a great landscape or hoping for something unusual to happen in front of the camera. It is about passion and personal drive to capture Mother Nature in her natural light, and the wait or the chase – and all the events leading to this rare capture. This is all part of the story.

The image must be distinctive, unique and of the highest standards.  These images must be one-offs - that special light, event or location that no one else can replicate. It has taken Paul 5 years to capture less than 10 images he feels worthy of the Gold Collection.

When an image is released into this Collection - it is released as an Archival Quality print – available for purchase as print-only or fully framed. They are editions of 25 or 50 only and will never be available in any other format.  Eg Poster or inkjet print. All Gold Collection images are individually hand signed by Paul, and accompanied by a Certificate Of Authenticity

So we have a unique and stunning image captured with natural light – now what about the finished quality?

All of Paul’s Gold Collection photographic prints are produced on Fujiflex Crystal Archive Media. The image is created with light and the paper processed using traditional photographic chemistry, resulting in luminous high gloss colour photographs of the highest archival quality.

When you purchase a framed Gold image all materials and processes are museum grade and we have done everything we can to ensure the longest archival life for your investment. This includes the use of acid free components and museum grade UV protective acrylic that not only provides superior protection for the art, but also allows for freight without fear of breakage.  Each print is fully encapsulated at the time of mounting – which provides an impermeable barrier to harmful elements such as moisture, dust and mould.  With the process we use the cost is minimal for maintenance of your investment art. Should it ever be necessary - the mounted image can be removed from the frame, wiped clean and re-framed without any damage or specialised art restoration techniques being required.
