Layby Terms & Conditions

Minimum value – Layby is available on Artworks of $1500 or more.

Service Fee and Deposit – A $500 non-refundable locking-in fee will be charged for each new Layby.

Exclusions – Layby is not available on Merchandise. Layby is only available on Artworks above the value of $2500.

Terms – Standard layby is available for Artwork up to $3000 on a 6-month term and for laybys over $3000 on a 12-month term. These must be paid in full and collected by the finalisation date printed on the receipt.

Payments – Fortnightly payments of $100 or more are required. In-store payments may be made with Gallery Staff at the point of sale or via arrangement into the business bank account. In addition to the minimum fortnightly payments, you are able to make unlimited instalments during your layby term.

Accepted Payment Methods - Permitted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards displaying a Visa or Mastercard logo, and PayPal (PayPal online only). Gift cards and cash can also be used for in-store Laybys.

Cancellation – If you cancel your Layby, fail to make payments when they are due, or fail to collect Laybys by the due date we will refund you all amounts paid, minus a cancellation fee of the $500 deposit.

No Modification – Layby orders cannot be modified.
