Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Freight - Shipping times are between 5-10 days standard post. Express Post is available on request.

International Freight - GST will not be included for Exporting internationally, however, any import duty fees / other costs must be covered by the Client and Paul Arnold Gallery is not responsible for ay of these costs.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Paul Arnold Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post and/or external freight companies.

Damage incurred in Freight - damage during shipping must be photographed and sent to us immediately upon receiving your delivery so we can lodge appropriate insurance papers for damage claims. Please read our Refund Policy document for further details.

Shipping and Delivery FAQS

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes absolutely! A shipping quote will be provided in your cart when your address is entered with options and fees.

Note we may decline to ship to certain destinations, such as countries subject to embargoes, sanctions, war, disturbances, local regulations, or other restrictions.

Local and interstate orders - Most orders are despatched via Australia Post or Pack and Send. You will receive a tracking number for your order, which will confirm the delivery method. Shipping options and fees will update in your cart when your address is entered.

Can I ship to multiple locations?

At this time, we only ship to one address per order. To send to a separate address, you need to make separate orders.

Can you ship to a PO box?

No.

How long does shipping take?

Merchandise items will be packed and ready for despatch within 2 business days of us receiving your order. Most products are delivered within Australia via post. Delivery times can range from 2 days to a week (or occasionally more), depending on your location.

Can I Click & Collect?

Yes, this is a delivery option available for you at the checkout.

How long after I order can I Click & Collect?

Click & Collect orders are prepared quickly and you will receive an email to advise when your order is ready for collection.
