Sun Up

Art Size 81 x 107cm On an early morning flight over the islands near Darwin, the shadows are still deep and long adding dimension to the relatively flat landscape. The sandbar is bathed in the soft hues of dry season sunrise as the tide drops and the sandbar drains into teal-colored waters of the shallows around the islands. It’s definitely a site I never tire of and to be flying free above it is certainly special.
